Chapter School Partners

Eligible for Arizona State Tax-Credits

1) Click on the school name to access their school district's tax credit printable form or online donation page.  
2) Select or write in the name of the school.
3) Write in Imprints of Honor as the extra curricular activity.
4) Send in your contribution (up to $200 for individuals filing, $400 for married couples filing jointly) with the form to the school district.
